Thank
you SO much for the SOPF workshop you led
yesterday. It was a long day for you -- and you
had to be "on" all day long -- and you gave each of
us so much. Thank you! In addition to the
workflow techniques and major meaty info you shared
with us, I came away with little tidbits that alone
were worth the whole workshop, big moments of
possibilities, and a new appreciation for how much
photography has changed in the digital age...and how
much I need to change I shot film from the
1980s and still have my film cameras, though I use
them less and less. I bought my first
digital SLR about 1-1/2 to 2 years ago. There
is SO much to learn!! The biggest thing I took
away from yesterday, Mac, is that I need a huge
attitude shift. I LOVE digital capture but
resist and avoid time in front of the computer -- I
just hate every minute I spend in front of the
computer, as if it's taking me away from my real
work. I can see after yesterday that I really
need to change that attitude -- that being in front
of the computer IS my real work, or at least a big
part of it, and I need to get to a peaceful place
with that if I am to continue. So thanks
for the information, the inspiration and the
ah-ha.
